“Yup…another beer with a metal-music-inspired name – the heart wants what it wants, folks! Our brewer Eric, the mastermind behind the name and the beer, wanted to continue on with the wheat-focused hazy IPA base, and then seize the opportunity to see how Citra, possibly the most prolific hop in modern brewing, would play along. Beers with focused simplicity for specific ingredients can be gratifying when done well so that the characteristic traits of that featured ingredient can be assessed and enjoyed without competing other stimuli. We work hard to only put out product that we think meets a high standard of quality, and Within My Mind got a “meets or exceeds expectations” from us – hoping for the same with you! Oh, and Steambreather is a sick jam…nuthin but net from them Atlanta boys, as always.”
